But this is only for English subtitles. Netflix app is not as permanent as second language subtitles. I'm using the US version of the Netflix app so understand that English is the main focus. But what if you want to say subtitles, in Arabic or Greek?
All you need is the Netflix app subtitles. Once installed, you can access online subtitles in dozens of languages from within the official Netflix app with a keyboard shortcut. Open titles create subtitles, and they may not always be accurate or synchronized, but many of them are.
Add straight tiles to start the menu

Live tiles for the official Netflix app cycle through your "Continue Watching" list. When you click on it, the currently displayed TV show or movie will launch in the Netflix app. Want to remove some titles from the cycle? Use this Nifty Netflix trick.
To add tiles directly, open the Start menu and search for Netflix. When the app is listed, right-click it and select PIN from scratch. Once pinned, go back to the Start menu and look for the newly added Netflix app tile, then right-click and resize in Medium, Wide or Large.
Voice command with Cortina
Cortana, a voice-activated assistant built into Windows 10, provides an easy way to stay organized and just talk. Of course, not everyone uses it, and some have concerns about privacy and espionage, but there is no doubt that Cortana offers a lot of convenience.
As far as the Netflix app, you can easily say "Hey Cortana, launch Netflix app" to open the on-demand. You could also say "Netflix, [show or movie title]" (this may not work for your area). Help is still thin, but the Netflix app is likely to offer deeper integration in the future.
